We received Zizi’s case on 17th of June this year. She was hit by a car at only a couple months old.
With the help of VetEx clinic and without interference of any surgeries, Zizi is now able to walk again! 💕
Zizi is currently staying with Horus Boarding in Cairo and waiting for someone to adopt her. 🧡

Our story with Luna started in February this year.
At that time, we had already talked about the idea of starting an animal shelter, but there was no clear plan yet and no serious steps had been taken.
From the very first day we found Luna, it was clear that she needed medical care. With only a few connections available at the time, we managed to get Luna the treatment she needed and find her a safe boarding place.
Now, fully recovered, Luna is almost ready to fly to the Netherlands, where her forever family is waiting for her 💕
Since then, we have continued building our network, and we have been able to rescue even more animals with the help of amazing drivers, catchers, vets, boarding places, and many other people who support our mission.
We are also very happy to announce that our non-profit organization is almost officially established. 🫶
We continue to grow our team and we are still looking for more drivers, catchers, foster homes for dogs and cats, veterinarians, and donations.
Everyone who would like to help is more than welcome to reach out to us. Every kind of support makes a difference 🙏🏼

حكايتنا مع لونا بدأت في فبراير السنة دي. 🐾
في الوقت ده كنا بنتكلم عن فكرة إننا نبدأ ملجأ للحيوانات، لكن ماكانش لسه فيه خطة واضحة ولا كنا خدنا أي خطوات جدية.
من أول يوم لقينا لونا، كان واضح إنها محتاجة علاج ورعاية بيطرية. ورغم إن معارفنا وقتها كانت محدودة، قدرنا نوفر لها العلاج اللي كانت محتاجاه، وكمان لقينا لها مكان آمن تقعد فيه لحد ما تتعافى.
دلوقتي لونا خفت تمامًا، وقريب جدًا هتسافر لهولندا، علشان تبدأ حياة جديدة مع عيلة هتحبها، وترعاها، وتفضل معاها باقي عمرها. 💕
ومن وقتها وإحنا بنكبر شبكة الناس اللي بتساعدنا، وقدرنا ننقذ حيوانات أكتر بفضل السواقين، والكاتشرز (اللي بيساعدوا في مسك الحيوانات)، والدكاترة البيطريين، وأماكن الاستضافة المؤقتة، وكل الناس اللي بيدعموا هدفنا.
وسعداء جدًا إننا نعلن إن منظمتنا غير الربحية خلاص قربت تبقى رسمية. 🫶
وإحنا لسه بنكبر فريقنا، ولسه محتاجين سواقين، وكاتشرز، وبيوت رعاية مؤقتة للكلاب والقطط، ودكاترة بيطريين، وكمان تبرعات.

Animal Shelter Egypt is planned to open at the end of 2027. Egypt is home to millions of stray dogs, and rescuing only the weakest animals is not a sustainable solution as long as uncontrolled reproduction continues.
That is why this shelter will prioritize spaying and neutering stray dogs and cats. Healthy and stable animals will be safely returned to their original locations, where they can continue their lives without contributing to further overpopulation.
Vulnerable animals, as well as puppies and kittens, will be cared for in the shelter. Once they are healthy and stable, they will be made available for adoption.
